Fully automatic flip-flop sole drilling machine/punching machine (ZE-2A)

Traditional flip-flops drilling is purely manual operation, with low production efficiency and uneven product quality. Using a fully automatic drilling machine, the drilling depth is uniform and the hole surface is smooth. And it greatly improves production efficiency.

This machine is mainly composed of a base, a frame, a frequency converter, a reducer, a motor and other components. It uses a linear guide rail, which has the characteristics of small wear, sensitive movement, less oil consumption, fast speed (about 3,600 pairs

 can be drilled per hour), a flat surface, and the sole can be drilled to 35mm thick.
